Requirements
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in community management or a related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital community management best practices
- Experience with community management and social media management tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media advertising and content marketing
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
