MISSION
The main mission of the Lighting, Sound & AV Technician is to support the Stage Manager in the audiovisual production, lighting and/or sound of the two amphitheaters and other spaces dedicated to events (stadium, square, 3c,...) of the International French School.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and install the audio, video and lighting equipment necessary for the show to ensure its smooth running
- Set up the installed equipment according to the internal customers requests
- Manage the sound, light and video control rooms according to the events: concerts, choir, theatre, information meetings, projections, rehearsals...
- Guarantee the proper use of the equipment available: support the teaching team and/or internal/external stakeholders in their use
- Participate in preventive and curative maintenance operations of equipment
- Assist in inventory management and inventory
- Ensure the security of facilities and event locations
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION
- Degree in arts, electrical engineering, electronics, audiovisual or with a successful first significant experience in a similar function.
- Knowledge of regulatory and safety procedures for shows
- Autonomy, punctuality, adaptability and versatility
- Ability to listen and work in a team
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in French is a plus
- Good use of pack office
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Full-time, permanent contract (based on 42 hours/week)
- Irregular hours, evenings and weekends
- 8 weeks of annual leave.
- Salary according to the IFS administrative staff grid and experience

Le Technicien audiovisuel, lumi re et/ou son a pour mission principale de venir en soutien du r gisseur pour la r alisation audiovisuelle, lumi re et/ou son des deux amphith tres et autres espaces d di s aux v nements (stade, parvis, 3C, ) d International French School.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Pr parer et installer les mat riels audio, vid o et lumi re n cessaires au spectacle afin de garantir son bon d roulement
- Param trer les quipements install s suivant les demandes du client interne
- G rer les r gies son, lumi re et vid o selon les v nements: concerts, chorale, th tre, r unions d informations, projections, r p titions
- Etre garant de la bonne utilisation du mat riel disposition : accompagner l quipe p dagogique et/ou les intervenants internes/externes dans leur utilisation
- Participer aux op rations de maintenance pr ventive et curative des quipements
- Assister dans la gestion des stocks et l inventaire
- Respecter les r gles de s curit , et assurer la s curit des installations et des lieux d v nements
COMPETENCES, APTITUDES, FORMATION REQUISES
- De formation BAC+2 dans le domaine de l lectrotechnique, l lectronique, l audiovisuel ou justifiant d une premi re exp rience significative r ussie au sein d une fonction similaire.
- Connaissances des proc dures r glementaires et s curitaires des spectacles
- Autonomie, ponctualit , adaptabilit et polyvalence
- Sens de l coute et du travail en quipe
- Anglais courant
- La ma trise du fran ais est un plus
- Ma trise des logiciels de bureautique
CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL
- Contrat dur e ind termin e temps plein (base 42h/semaine)
- Horaires irr guliers, soirs et week-ends
- 8 semaines de cong s annuels.
