What we offer you as a Key Control Ambassador: • One of the most competitive salaries in the country • Complimentary meals on duty • Amazing learning and development programs • Discounted rates at The Ned Doha • Fantastic career growth opportunities A Key Control Ambassador working with us entails the following: • Serve as the central point of communication between hotel guests and the valet team, efficiently receiving and relaying car retrieval requests. • Extend a friendly and hospitable welcome to all members arriving at the hotel's entrance, setting the tone for their stay. • Develop an in-depth understanding of regular members and their preferences to provide personalized assistance and services. • Act as the main entrance ambassador, providing information about hotel amenities, services, and special offers to arriving guests. • Effectively coordinate car retrieval requests by promptly sharing them with the valet team and ensuring a timely response. • Be readily available to assist members with luggage, transportation inquiries, and any special requests, creating a memorable and convenient experience. • Ensure the safety and security of guests' belongings and vehicles while they are in the hotel's care. • Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times, reflecting the hotel's commitment to excellence. • Collaborate closely with the valet team to ensure a smooth and efficient valet service operation. • Collect feedback from guests regarding their valet and entrance experience, forwarding it to the appropriate departments for continuous improvement. • Maintain accurate records of car retrieval requests, guest interactions, and any exceptional service provided. • Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
