RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Coordination
Create modify and submit proposals contracts and other Go to Market content as necessary.
Monitor the lifecycle of the proposal and contract development process; provide feedback updates and information as necessary.
Manage and administer the CRM system as it pertains to its core Go to Market functions such as customer data deal flow activities and performance tracking and metrics.
Coordinate various sales roles and routes to market and ensure system and process readiness.
Support and drive process adoption across the Go to Market teams overseeing compliance and management.
Determine requirements and provide support for new product introductions review and ensure readiness within sales systems & tools.
Provide datadriven input on key performance metrics which impact structure segmentation and coverage business planning investment prioritization productivity improvement.
Create and deliver reports to company leadership with key information required to manage the business.
Project Coordination
Support and drive project process adoption within the company specifically the Service Delivery team.
Coordinate with cross functional teams and stakeholders to ensure progress alignment and effective collaboration.
Facilitate team meetings to discuss progress challenges and adjustments to plans as necessary.
Assist with development of project plans including scope timelines resources budget and milestones.
Organize project documentation for optimum visibility and accessibility; track updates and changes for accountability and quality control.
Prepare and present regular progress reports to internal and external stakeholders highlighting achievements challenges and next steps.
Facilitate postproject evaluation meetings to discuss lessons learned and improvement opportunities.
Collect and analyze customer feedback on the projects success and areas for improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
Prior sales operations and project coordination / management experience within a fast paced high growth company.
Ability to successfully work independently and within a team environment with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent management organizational and followup skills necessary to prioritize and complete multiple projects and tasks and effectively handle short notice assignments.
Strong interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization; ability to generate concise presentation decks to illustrate and share various businessrelated information.
Experience with using and managing CRM project management and other business productivity platforms.
