Quality Assurance Analyst - CMS WordPress Shopify

• Test WordPress and Shopify themes plugins and websites for functionality usability and compatibility across different devices and browsers.
  
• Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts to ensure the quality of WordPress products.
  
• Identify document and track software defects using bug tracking systems like Jira or Clickup.
  
• Collaborate with developers designers and project managers to prioritize and resolve issues.
  
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improvements to enhance the user experience and overall product quality.
  

Requirements

• At least 1 to 2 years of proven work experience in Quality Assurance for WordPress Shopify or other CMS based websites
• Familiarity with the WordPress dashboard and backend administration tasks such as content management user management and settings configuration.
  
• Strong understanding of WordPress architecture themes plugins and core functionalities.
  
• Prior experience with using Jira Clickup or any other ticketing tool is a major plus
  
• Software QA exposure is a plus but not required
  
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
  
• Exceptional ability to work in a fast paced collaborative environment
