We are actively hiring an Office Administrator for a busy client in Port Arthur, TX. This position will be a temp-to-hire position for the ideal candidate and will start out paying $15.00 an hour or more DOE. This is a great company to work for with room for growth. This position will work Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
As our Office Administrator your duties will include but not be limited to the following:
- Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Data Entry
- Managing AP and AR
- Performing basic HR functions
- Maintaining an excellent level of customer service for clients and team members
Requirements
To be considered for this job you must meet the following requirements:
- 4 or more years of office administrator experience
- Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Ability to quickly think and problem solve
- Excellent computer skills
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
