IT project Lead will be the most crucial role in the system who will be responsible for providing project planning and management for elished initiatives. Ensure that projects are completed to specification, within an elished time frame and budget.
To lead subject matter expert within the company regarding technology concerns. Additionally, you will hire and train additional support member in a businesss tech department. Use industry expertise to improve all aspects of project planning and resource management.
Responsible for Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals, maintaining project time frames, budgeting estimates and status reports, Managing resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees, Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities, Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget, Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence, Conducting risk essments for projects
