We are proud to be supporting a leading IT Hardware Services Organisation on the recruitment for a Client Services Specialist to join their team in Phoenix AZ.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling all inbound orders
Coordinating across teams to ensure operations and sales teams are aligned to meet order demand.
Long term opportunity to grow into a management positions leading a team of client service execs.

Requirements:
Capable at prioritising tasks and handling escalations.
Understanding of logistics processes & vendor management.
Prior experience within the IT Hardware services / ITAD space (Desirable)
