QA Lead

• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for both automated and manual testing.
• Collaborate with project managers developers and business analysts to understand project requirements and define testing scope.
• Lead and guide the testing team in executing test cases both automated and manual to verify software functionality performance and reliability
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using industrystandard tools and best practices.
• Continuously improve and expand test automation coverage to increase testing efficiency.
• Allocate testing tasks set priorities and monitor team performance.
• Ensure that testing processes and results are welldocumented for audit and compliance purposes
• Participate in project meetings and provide testing status updates to stakeholders.
• Implement and enforce quality assurance processes and best practices across the testing team

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in both automated and manual testing with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g. Selenium POM. JUnit TestNG).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality results.
