Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for hiring ideal candidates for the organization.
Search screen and shortlist candidates from job portals based on various aspects.
Utilize social media networks to find and connect with potential candidates.
Conduct firstlevel interviews.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify position requirements.
Schedule interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals.
Proactively source potential hires and identify future hiring needs.
Candidate Qualifications:
1 to 2 years of proven experience as a recruiter.
Must have IT and nonIT recruitment background.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Passionate about recruitment.
Proactive and a team player.
Good analytical and problemsolving skills.
Detailoriented and meticulous at work.
Strong decisionmaking ability.
Good timemanagement skills for handling multiple positions simultaneously.
