Role and Responsibilities:
The Amazon Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing endtoend P&L management operations and promotions on all external marketplaces including Amazon Flipkart Nykaa among others to drive robust revenue growth aligned with monthly and annual business targets. The incumbent will be accountable for managing business operations on the marketplaces controlling expenses establishing and nurturing relationships with marketplaces and expanding our online platform presence as part of the growth function. A strong grasp of managing Amazon and Flipkart advertising is vital for propelling growth.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:
  • Revenue management: Development and execution of monthly plans to drive revenue growth on all marketplaces ensuring profit targets are met and endtoend management of sales from marketplaces.
  • Promotions: Implementation of brand strategy integrated communication and media plans to propel growth on platforms as well as designing and executing an effective promotions strategy to boost sales numbers and enhance visibility and metrics.
  • Platform operations: Ensuring smooth daily operations of our business on all external platforms troubleshooting and resolving operational issues and maintaining highquality content on all platforms.
  • Liaising and key accounts/relationship management: Identifying high potential strategic partnerships engagement with existing marketplaces and building robust relationships to elevate brand preference.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring competition gathering market intelligence detailed analysis of sales trends funnel conversions and key metrics alongside budget and ROI management.

Candidate Qualifications:
The desired candidate should have a minimum of 35 years of experience with at least 2 years in a B2C ecommerce role managing platforms such as Amazon Flipkart Nykaa and a solid understanding of Amazon and Flipkart platform advertising. Experience in managing international marketplaces is highly desirable. Additionally a graduate/postgraduate from a reputable institute with strong verbal and written communication skills is preferred.

Reporting Relationship and Key Interfaces/Stakeholders:
Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer the role involves team/IC team leadership with members reporting into this position. The Amazon Brand Manager will interact with internal stakeholders from distribution/supply chain growth/marketing finance and product as well as external stakeholders such as key account managers of Ecommerce platforms/marketplaces and vendors.
