Role and Responsibilities:
The Team Head (Performance) will be responsible for leading and overseeing performance projects including App Promotion D2C Projects and Lead Generation. The role involves developing and implementing media strategy and planning with a strong focus on tracking and analysis utilizing tools such as GA4 AppsFlyer Firebase and GTM. The Team Head will engage in regular client interactions presenting weekly and monthly project reviews and preparing campaign reports using Excel and PowerPoint.

Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of media strategy and planning along with experience in performance projects such as App Promotion D2C Projects and Lead Generation. Knowledge of Amazon and/or Flipkart marketplace will be an added advantage. Effective communication skills and the ability to interact with clients is essential.
