Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a proficient Android Application Developer with at least 4 to 8 years of experience for a Contract to Hire position at MNCPayroll. The selected candidate will be based in Mysore or Bangalore with the option for Work From Office. The ideal applicant should possess strong expertise in Java & Kotlin programming languages and demonstrate a sound understanding of Android Application Development Debugging 3rd Party library integration and proficient usage of Dagger/Hilt and GIT. Additionally the candidate must have handson experience in Mobile Security and MASA (Mobile Application Security Assessment) compliance. A proven track record of working with SOLID principles and implementing the MVVM pattern is essential. It is considered advantageous to have working knowledge of the AOSP framework.

Candidate Qualifications:
The applicant must hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
