Job Title: Manager Business & Strategic Development (IT/Software Product)

About DDi Smart Technology:
DDi Smart Technology is a dynamic and innovative organization at the forefront of IT and software product development. With a commitment to delivering cuttingedge solutions we are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as the Manager Business & Strategic Development.

Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and achieve organizational objectives in the IT/Software product domain.
  2. Global Business Development: Identify and pursue business opportunities on a global scale establishing and fostering relationships with key stakeholders partners and clients.
  3. Client Acquisition: Lead efforts to acquire new clients through effective prospecting networking and leveraging industry relationships.
  4. Customer Success: Ensure customer satisfaction and success by understanding their needs managing expectations and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that exceed client expectations.
  5. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to inform business strategies and decisionmaking.
  6. Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through the development of new business and the expansion of existing accounts.
  7. Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including product development marketing and sales to align business strategies and ensure successful product launches.
  8. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for contracts and agreements ensuring favorable terms for both the organization and clients.

Qualifications:
  1. Education: Bachelor/Masters degree in Computer Science with a preference for an MBA/PG in Business Administration/Business Management.
  2. Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in global/international business development client acquisition and customer success within the IT/Software product development industry.
  3. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving business development and revenue targets with a focus on building and maintaining longterm client relationships.
  4. Industry Knowledge: Indepth understanding of the IT/Software product development industry including emerging technologies and market trends.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  6. Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead crossfunctional teams towards common goals.
  7. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
