The company is an accomplished real estate firm which deals in Residential Commercial properties and plotted/land parcels.
We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Executive wellversed in the realm of real estate communities to expertly represent and promote our premium properties where estate valuations begin at a premium of 10 crore and beyond.
Job Responsibilities
- Create awareness of and develop the brand youre selling
- Deep knowledge of the Bangalore markets
- Maintain and nurture relationships with clients by providing support information and guidance
- Engage with customers to initiate and continue the conversation
- Understand and embody the language of luxury real estate sales
- Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
- Attend events such as conferences seminars receptions and exhibitions
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external like channel partners
- Monitor and report on competitor activity
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends brand awareness and competition ventures
- Well versed with the CRM softwares and tools and able to update CRM databases
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Analyse sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective
