Job description

• Create awareness of and develop the brand youre selling
• Deep knowledge of the Bangalore markets
• Maintain and nurture relationships with clients by providing support information and guidance
• Engage with customers to initiate and continue the conversation
• Understand and embody the language of luxury real estate sales
• Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
• Attend events such as conferences seminars receptions and exhibitions
• Maintain and update customer databases
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external like channel partners
• Monitor and report on competitor activity
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends brand awareness and competition ventures
• Well versed with the CRM softwares and tools and able to update CRM databases
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Analyse sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective
