Job Description:
Experienced Professional in Business Development Recruiting and providing IT consultants from various disciplines to clients in various domains.
Role & Responsibilities:
Identifying new business development opportunities and lead generation efforts and new client acquisition through various channels.
Conducting introductory calls and following up with clients both online and offline.
Creating pitches and proposals including requirements gathering for successful conversion of leads with understanding and analyzing business & technical requirements from clients.
Finding and developing new markets(domestic) and improving sales.
Responsible for revenue generation and nurturing leads.
Relationship management with existing and potential clients
- Leverage your existing relationships and network to open new business
Working for Contractual positions most of the times
Requirements skills and Qualification
Minimum Bachelor s degree in business marketing or related field
Experience in sales marketing or related field
Strong communication skills and IT fluency
Ability to manage complex projects and multitask
Proficient in Word Excel and PowerPoint
Entrepreneurial attitude: selfmotivated selfdirected
