Delphix Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Endtoend analysis to identify sensitive information (PII/SPI PHI) using data discovery tool.

Execute design & development for data discovery and data masking/obfuscation solution.

Knowledgeable with the data privacy regulations and compliances (GDPR HIPAA SOC).

Design implement and maintain Delphix environments for test data management.

Configure Delphix for data virtualization data masking and data provisioning.

Develop and implement data profiling and data masking jobs to ensure sensitive information is protected during testing.

Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance.

Manage the provisioning of test data to development and testing environments using Delphix.

Work closely with development and testing teams to understand their data requirements.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Delphixrelated issues.

Monitor system performance and implement optimizations as needed.

Responsible for managing deliverables quality at offshore.

Responsible for collaborating with the project team members to produce weekly status report and weekly project log consisting of issues risks action items and progress against planned activities for a given week.

Coordinate daily planning & status checkin meeting with the Capgemini resources where project activities issues risks and challenges will be reviewed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer science Information Technology or related field.

Proven experience in implementing and managing Delphix TDM solutions or similar TDM tool.

Strong knowledge of database systems and SQL.

Experience with data masking techniques and best practices.

Familiarity with data security and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Problemsolving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

Delphix certification is a plus.

Experience with other test data management tools.

Knowledge of agile development methodologies.

Familiarity with cloud platforms.
