JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented SVP Paid Media to lead our agencys paid media efforts across all channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital strategies that drive brand awareness engagement and conversions. You will also manage and mentor a highperforming team of professionals across programmatic linear social and SEM disciplines.

This role can be remote or a part of our Chicago or Detroit office.

* While our offices are currently open daily inoffice attendance is not required.


GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement datadriven paid media strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and business goals.
  • Manage each client engagement with a solutionsoriented mindset tailoring paid media strategies to unique needs and challenges crafting custom media mixes and leveraging innovative tactics to achieve their specific marketing objectives.
  • Work closely with the media strategy team in the planning execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across all channels including programmatic TV social media and search engine marketing.
  • Manage and mentor a team of paid media professionals providing coaching development opportunities and performance feedback.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key media partners and vendors.
  • Deeply analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Serve as the digital activation lead for the agency collaborating with creative account management and other teams to ensure a seamless and integrated experience for clients.
  • Contribute to the agencys overall growth and profitability by exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional results.
  • Participate in new business acquisition and pitches

Requirements :

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • 10 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid media.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing highperforming paid media campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Deep understanding of the evolving TV landscape: Possesses comprehensive knowledge of linear addressable and OTT television including their strengths weaknesses and audience dynamics to inform strategic decisionmaking and media mix optimization.
  • Demonstrates a keen understanding of current trends platform nuances and evolving user behaviors across major social media platforms (e.g. Facebook Instagram TikTok Twitter) to tailor campaigns for maximum engagement and reach.
  • Deep expertise in data analysis and measurement with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Passion for staying ahead of the curve in the everevolving digital landscape.

The hiring range for this discipline within our industry is $150000 to $250000. Where an employee is paid within this range will depend on multiple factors including but not limited to location years of experience education internal pay structure and other contributing factors.
