Hourly Rate: 21.50 DOE
Day Shifts FullTime or PartTime

About the Nursing Home:
Discover an exquisite converted home offering exceptional nursing and dementia care to up to 49 Older Adults. Conveniently located a few miles from Plymouth city centre with excellent accessibility via public transport.
Responsibilities of the Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) within the Nursing Home:
- Maintain the highest standards of care welfare and safety for all residents
- Conduct thorough physical and psychological assessments for new admissions
- Develop personalized care plans and update them regularly
- Administer medication safely and maintain accurate records
- Foster effective communication with external suppliers and healthcare providers
- Monitor and enhance the performance of care staff
- Create effective rotas to ensure efficient staffing
- Embrace a personcentred approach respecting the privacy dignity and individual needs of each resident
Requirements
Requirements for the Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) role:
- Registered Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN)
- Active NMC PIN or pending NMC PIN registration
- Clear DBS record
- Must be in UK at the time of application overseas applications will not be considered.
