Sales Sustainability and SaaS three words that are important in this position.

Its well known youll aways be most successful in sales when your product or service is something you can truly get behind. Something you personally believe in.

If enabling the fashion & textile industry to become more sustainable by using a cutting edge SaaS is something you think you could get behind then read on.

Tasks

Youll be the face of the company researching identifying and contacting decision makers at target companies across DACH. Youll introduce our services and show your customers how you can help them improve their supply chain operations in the most sustainable way.

  • If youre not already through research youll become an expert on the key players in the fashion/textiles supply chain world
  • Build networks and partnerships with relevant actors
  • Manage and collaborate with marketing to create content that delights your clients
  • Understand your clients pains and wishes and feed them back to our product team so that we can turn them into an ever stronger (product) offering
  • Be the face and heart of Retraced at conferences and other relevant events always networking
  • Work shoulder to shoulder with your Account Executive and the marketing team to tailor pitches and relevant information for your prospects
  • Prepare professional sales emails cold call and respond to inbound enquiries to secure appointments and product walk throughs for your Account Executive
  • Always be looking for creative ways to reach your target customers
  • Generate quality prequalified leads working with the AEs to turn prospects in to customers

Requirements

  • Full fluency in German (Written and spoken) and a good standard of English
  • You want to make a difference
  • You already have experience in an outbound B2B sales position (Ideally within SaaS or Software)
  • You understand the sales funnel and how important the part you play in it is
  • You are accustomed to using modern sales tools and platforms used for lead generation (EG: Salesforce Hubspot Linkedin Xing)
  • Youre happy to travel to clients and relevant events sometimes globally
  • Tech Savvy (You do not have to be a software engineer but you need to understand our product as a minimum)
  • We are happy for you to work remotely but it would be great if you were close enough to spend some time with your colleagues in the office
  • Creative excellent research skills as good on the phone as you are in person
  • Motivated ambitious and enjoy healthy competition
