ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Carrier Executive you ll work on interesting responsibilities like managing and supervising all the carrier operations process and drive the team to achieve the set target. You ll be collaborating closely with other local and global departments to achieve the operations key objectives.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Help define processes to increase efficiency and profitability of our Baltic business
• Define and deliver on operational and business KPIs
• Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
• Work closely with our sales & operations team to perform feasibility evaluation for incoming projects
• Report on operational performance and suggest improvements
• Lead by example and act as a hands-on resource for the team and tackle any task, no matter how big or small
• Analyze and verify business cases to develop the right product solutions for our key accounts and new customers
• Using your knowledge of the customer s business to identify opportunities to offer solutions or improvements that support the customer and grow our business

PREFERABLY YOU HAVE

• Proven Track Record of leading experience in a similar leadership role
• Very strong understanding of the European Transportation Market for Full-Truck-Loads (FTL)
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Team player, self-motivated and a "can - do " attitude
• You speak and write English fluently and you possess one of the Baltic languages
