Job Overview
We are in search of a Business Development Executive to be a part of our Sales team. You should be able to approach and acquire new customers. Besides, you should also be able to maintain long-term business relations with the existing customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform cold calling to set appointments to new businesses.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients to discuss opportunities.
- Follow up with leads with the objective to convert them into customers.
- Staying up-to-date with the company s products and services.
- Helping customers with their queries and advising them on the purchase of products and services.
- Attending and participating in conferences and sessions to upgrade your skills.
- Conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities.
- Creating and maintaining a database of potential customers.
Requirements
- Proven work experience in the Sales department as a Business Development Executive, Business Development Representative or a similar role.
- Knowledge of various sales processes and techniques.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and CRM software like Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Research-driven and detail-oriented individual.
- A team player as well as able to work independently.
- Having an experience of 2+ years.
