• Develop and execute a marketing technology strategy that aligns with company goals
  
• Manage and optimize marketing technology systems, including but not limited to CRM, CMS, and marketing automation platforms
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing technology systems are integrated with other business systems
  
• Lead the implementation of new marketing technology solutions, including project management, vendor management, and budget management
  
• Develop and maintain marketing technology policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  
• Provide technical support and training to marketing teams to ensure they can effectively use marketing technology solutions
  
• Analyze marketing technology metrics and provide regular reports to management on the effectiveness of marketing technology initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field
  
• 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, with a focus on marketing automation, CRM, and CMS systems
  
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
  
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA
  
• Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
