User customer registrations, onboarding ,knowledge on access process for Institutional customersAbility to analyse Customer Onboarding and Registration requirements,
derive data definition and processing requirement and define data mappingAbility to work with people from different cultural backgrounds, skills sets and geographical location
.Experience working in an agile environment, at scale (5-8 years) with role of scrum master using tools like Jira, Confluence etc.Experienced with complex platform-based technology stacksDemonstrated competency to deliver business outcomes of the various initiatives
Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs and technology domainAbility to build and maintain current state awareness, relationships and connections across the technology landscape,
using this to help tribes and squads to connect effectively with partnering teams and specialist subject matter experts from across the organisation to help optimise solution thinking and delivery.
Ability to inform business prioritisation decisions while establishing and maintaining a high level of customer trust and confidenceAbility to improve on existing processes to allow for improved delivery by influencing squad engineering practicesBe able to apply engineering principles and tools to effectively provision and co-ordinate complex interdependenciesAbility to develop and agree value for change initiatives and track value through
