**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Microsoft Dynamics Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and implementing effective training programs for external staff (B2B) on the use of Microsoft Dynamics. The goal is to ensure that employees acquire the necessary skills to optimize performance and maximize operational efficiency.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Design and deliver training sessions on Microsoft Dynamics for employees at different levels and departments.

2. Develop instructional materials manuals and training resources based on the specific needs of the organization and team.

3. Collaborate closely with relevant departments to identify areas for improvement in the use of Microsoft Dynamics and develop customized training programs.

4. Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as necessary.

5. Stay updated on the latest updates and features of Microsoft Dynamics to ensure training aligns with best practices and the latest trends.

6. Provide posttraining support and technical assistance to employees to ensure effective implementation of acquired skills.

**Requirements:**

1. Demonstrated experience in designing developing and implementing training programs in Microsoft Dynamics.

2. Indepth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics including CRM and ERP along with practical experience in its implementation and usage.

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

4. Ability to tailor the training approach based on the needs of the target audience.

5. Certification in Microsoft Dynamics is highly desirable.

6. Previous experience in designing training materials and manuals.

7. Analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of training and make continuous improvements.

8. Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and levels within the organization.

**Education:**

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
