As our HR Generalist you will have the opportunity to assist in the daily functions of the Human Resource department including interviewing and hiring staff benefits leave enforcing company policies and practices and offboarding.
Daily Tasks:
Manage programs to attract qualified talents through the draft and placement of position announcements and advertising.
Recruit screen interview and facilitate the hiring of qualified applicants.
Maintain the applicant tracking database.
Administer applicant reference check to verify past employment.
Track and document compliance with training continuing education and work assessments.
Support HR initiatives and reinforce company policies rules and procedures.
Monitor timekeeping and produce attendance reports.
Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs.
Assist with orientation onboarding and processes newhire paperwork.
Maintain physical and digital employee files including onboarding benefits and attendance records.
Handle employmentrelated inquiries from candidates and employees.
