Human Resources Generalist (Onsite)

Impact:
As our HR Generalist you will have the opportunity to assist in the daily functions of the Human Resource department including interviewing and hiring staff benefits leave enforcing company policies and practices and offboarding.
Daily Tasks:
- Manage programs to attract qualified talents through the draft and placement of position announcements and advertising.
- Recruit screen interview and facilitate the hiring of qualified applicants.
- Maintain the applicant tracking database.
- Administer applicant reference check to verify past employment.
- Track and document compliance with training continuing education and work assessments.
- Support HR initiatives and reinforce company policies rules and procedures.
- Monitor timekeeping and produce attendance reports.
- Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute HR programs.
- Assist with orientation onboarding and processes newhire paperwork.
- Maintain physical and digital employee files including onboarding benefits and attendance records.
- Handle employmentrelated inquiries from candidates and employees.
Your Skills:
- At least 2 years of human resource management experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Must be detailoriented and very organized.
- Superb time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to act with integrity and professionalism while exercising discretion.
- Understanding of employmentrelated laws and regulations.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
- SHRMCP a strong plus.
- Reliably commute to or planning to relocate to Los Angeles CA (90010).
