Business Development Manager

Attesa Coffee is a startup specialty green coffee sourcing and distribution company headquartered in Amsterdam Netherlands. We work directly with producers at the origin to bring our customers (specialty coffee roasters) highquality coffees safely on time and consistently with the use of efficient digital frameworks. We believe in traceability through the chain and are highly committed to transparency towards all our stakeholders.

We are looking for a performancedriven customercentric individual with a strong work ethic to join our team as a Business Development Manager.

Compensation Information:

The salary range for the role is Rs. 400000 Rs. 500000 per year.

Tasks

• Work towards sales of specialty green coffee to roasters / customers within the European market and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with green coffee suppliers / producers in Asia and Africa and manage sourcing projects
• Manage and update CRM database
• Contribute towards conducting analysis of market identify client requirements & establish further areas of growth
• Assist on marketing projects related to social media specialty coffee content newsletters etc
• Coordinate with Attesa Coffees European warehouse partners to manage entry and dispatch of inventory
• Work with European transport partners to facilitate final customer deliveries including requesting quotations finalizing delivery orders and tracking progress

Requirements

• Bachelors or equivalent degree in Business Marketing Communication or similar
• Experience / working knowledge in the specialty coffee field is a must
• Ability / preference to work in a dynamic / entrepreneurial environment
• Willingness to learn and an active to develop a career in the Coffee Industry
• Team player/problem solver resourceful in creating solutions.
• Ability to manage communications; fluent in both spoken and written English

• Additional courses or certifications in Specialty Coffee
