Our client is a well established kitchen manufacturer based in Queanbeyan NSW and is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to join their Sales Team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding their client base and driving revenue growth covering various products such as kitchens bathroom cabinetry and wardrobes etc. The primary focus of this role is to engage with potential customers understand their requirements and effectively communicate the unique value propositions of our custom solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities within the domestic sector.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through effective communication and followup.
- Collaborating with the design and production teams to provide clients with custom joinery solutions that meet their specific needs and preferences.
- Generating and presenting detailed proposals quotes and product information to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
- Capability to do onsite check measurements when necessary.
Requirements
- Experience in sales preferably within the joinery or related industry (not necessary).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
