Finance Assistant AP AR

We are looking for a Finance Assistant (Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable) for the summer 2024. This role is afulltime summer holiday substitution for a fixed termbetween midMay and midAugust (3 months).

Key responsibilities

As a Finance Assistant you will process accounts payable (AP) transactions and travel expense claims investigate and solve vendor requests manage vendor mailbox participate in credit control activities covering our global customers as well as support finance accounting in monthend tasks. You will also participate developing the AP processes.

Keys to success

You have a relevant educational background preferably a bachelors degree in accounting or finance. Relevant work experience in the field of accounting accounts payable and accounts receivable is an asset; however more than that we appreciate a positive cando attitude and willingness to learn. Good communication skills in Finnish and English as well as solid knowledge of MS Office applications are required in the position. Knowledge of Finnish accounting standards (FAT) value added tax (VAT) and applications such as Basware and Visma M2 are considered a great asset.
