Food Production has few key responsibilities that are involved in development of a
student academically and personally as below: (other related responsibilities are not listed herein)
1. Student Related:
1.1. Impart knowledge through the prescribed syllabus practically and theoretically as per the time
table
1.2. Evaluate the progress of the students through various assessments and take corrective actions
1.3. Counsel the students as and when required.
1.4. To interact with the parent at least twice (over a call or video) in a semester with regards to the
progress of their ward
2. Events Related:
2.1. Be able to perform bulk cooking with help of students
2.2. Keep tracker and appreciate students with good attendance percentage through events
2.3. Encourage students to take part in events both inhouse and outside to enhance their learning
2.4. Conduct all events as per the approved calendar
2.5. Write blogs and make video content for the development of course.
3. Industry Related:
3.1 Maintain a cordial relationship with industry professionals.
3.2 Help in organizing workshop
3.3 Help in internship and placement activities
