سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيKey Responsibilities: • Maintain and oversee the portfolio of existing domains, ensuring timely renewals and compliance with registration requirements, transfers, name server changes, record changes and any domain related transitions or issues • Register new domains for upcoming projects and initiatives as per requirements from business, ensuring alignment with brand and strategic goals. • Collaborate with domain registrars and internal teams to identify and secure domains that align with the company's branding and marketing strategies. • Perform regular evaluations of domain assets, measuring their relevance and suggest changes or registrations as required. • Maintain communications with Brand Protection Team regarding ongoing case work. • Perform on-line market surveys to identify others infringing our Intellectual Property Rights. • Identify and Recover domains & social media accounts infringing our Intellectual Property. • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to domain management. • Provide support for domain-related issues, including troubleshooting and coordinating with technical teams to resolve any disruptions. • Assess fraud notifications received from anonymous source, identify the fraudulent behavior and digital assets involved. • Submit take-down notifications and cease & desist letters. • Monitoring security events from different data sources. • Perform manual verification of domains, screening for sensitivity and other concerns. • Make maximum utilization of the latest technologies and features available in the new service management tool, SMAX. • Evaluate and assess strategic solutions by leveraging new and emerging technologies that drive process automations. • Conduct continual service improvement activities by reviewing existing services, provide recommendations and track improvement opportunities till closure. • Proactively recognize trends and provide suggestions to improve process and technology resulting in reduction of recurring tickets, calls and emails for support teams. • Coordinate with finance and business units for budgeting domain related expenses and recharging. • Contribute to regular operational activities of the team in addition to above listed responsibilities. About You: • A strategic and forward thinker with proven experience in internet domain management, strong analytics and research capabilities to handle changing priorities. You should have strong knowledge of domain-related technologies and DNS configurations. • You should also have experience with enforcement and abuse mitigation in multiple areas – domains, marketplaces, ads, search and mobile apps; with creating and improving enforcement systems and workflows including those involving cybersecurity. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to be influential and persuasive with stakeholders. Possess ability to lead by example and demonstrate integrity, outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills. • You must hold a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in internet domain management and service delivery.
