Job Description Payroll Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries.
• Maintain and update payroll data using Sage 300 software.
• Verify and reconcile payroll records tax withholdings and other deductions.
• Prepare payroll reports and provide analysis of payroll information.
• Address and resolve employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure accurate employee data and payroll inputs.

Essential Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Sage 300 and payroll processes.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information and maintain data integrity.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using computer software and MS Office tools.

Desired Experience:

• Prior experience in a payroll management or supervisory role is preferred.
• Experience working with Sage 300 software or similar payroll systems.
• Knowledge of payroll legislation and regulations.
• Experience in payroll auditing and reconciliation.

Salary & Benefits:
