We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Sr. Full Stack Engineer to shape our companys future as our first developer! With an entrepreneurial mindset introduce cuttingedge tech and define Bots&Peoples tech stack with us and drive growth by building new features and writing highquality code.

As a Full Stack Developer at Bots & People you will be responsible for the following:

• Plan and architect new features together that will shape our product
• Build user interfaces using cuttingedge technologies
• Design maintain and implement RestAPIs to meet external requirements
• Ensure code quality through bug fixes and patches

Your profile

Youll be a good fit if you:

• Have a strong software engineering background which allows you to write simple and maintainable code while following best practices for software architecture design and security
• You have a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Have 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or as a first engineer in a B2B startup
• Have 3 years of experience with at least one componentbased frontend framework like React/Angular
• Are open to use LowCode Technology combined with your coding skills
• Enjoy being part of early feature ideation and taking endtoend ownership of features from concept to production release
• Dont like implementing predefined tasks and designs with little to no room for adjustments
• Love working on both the front and back end as well as anything else it takes to tackle challenges we might face as a growing company
• Are fluent in English
• Are passionate about education the future of work and digital transformation
