Requirements
- Have 01+ years of experience in recruiting & HR operations
- Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Familiarity with pertinent recruiting platforms and tools (LinkedIn/Facebook and etc.)
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- Must be comfortable working in an agile environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Deep understanding of employment laws and regulation
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through various sourcing methods, screen resumes and applications, perform phone screenings, manage the entire interview process, conducting reference checks, selection, and closing process
- Manage the pre-onboarding, onboarding, and new hire process.
- Need to keep track of the leaves/medical leaves/payroll related reports of all the employees and keep a record by maintaining it throughout.
- Foster cross-functional relationships and ensure all employees feel connected, engaged, and valued
- Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
- Maintain accurate records and data related to HR functions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
