• Develop and manage analytics programs for AR products
  
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product performance and user engagement
  
• Design and implement A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of product features and improvements
  
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to ensure successful product delivery
  
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform analytics strategies and data interpretation
  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AR technologies and trends, and evaluate emerging technologies for potential use in AR products
  
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Analytics, Data Science, or related field
  
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, with a focus on AR or related technologies
  
• Strong understanding of analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
  
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive product improvements and business growth
