Job Intro
As part of our Operations team you support us with various tasks in our daytoday business. Your main responsibilities will be office management and supporting the Talent Acquisition team. This role provides an exciting opportunity to actively contribute to a great employee experience.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Be the point of contact for our storage and office space in Berlin and manage our mail and packages
- Support with management of IT equipment incl. being responsible for ordering equipment for new joiners
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in applicant management including screening applications and responding to inquiries from incoming applicants
- Optimise and document administrative processes
- Support us with travel & event management
- Take on tasks in daily business and contribute to various projects

Your Expertise
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree
- Experience in working in a similar role ideally in a dynamic startup environment is a plus
- Outstanding communication skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
- A high level of fluency in both written and spoken English as this is our company language. Conversational German is required for certain admin tasks.
