What will I be doing

As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Kbrw youll be instrumental in building our dynamic team. Your main missions include:

  • Your dedication to creating efficient processes enhancing candidate experiences and contributing to employer branding initiatives will be crucial in shaping the future of Kbrw
  • Managing endtoend hiring processes fostering collaboration across teams to understand needs and skills requirements
  • Identifying and attracting toptier candidates ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
  • Using datadriven insights to refine and improve recruitment strategies continually.
  • Taking charge of fullcycle recruiting for Tech and support functions roles ensuring a robust candidate pipeline
  • Partnering with hiring managers on role development sourcing interviewing and closing strategy by role/team; prepares for and conducts intake meetings with proven knowledge of the talent landscape and maintains strong internal communication throughout the search
  • Dynamically sourcing passive talent through creative methods contributing to a positive employer brand
  • Creating and implementing robust processes to elevate recruitment efficiency and enhance candidate experiences
  • Actively participating in employer branding initiatives to strengthen Kbrws presence in the talent market

    What do I need from you

    • 3 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience preferably inhouse
    • Involvement in developing TA strategies
    • Confidence in using data to inform and influence stakeholders
    • Strong communication skills and initiative
    • Passion for providing an exceptional candidate experience
    • Fluency in English and French
    • Autonomy accountability and a focus on candidate experience in your recruiting missions
