Our Information Officers serve as the first point of contact with our clients at the Goa MOPA and Dabolim airports. They identify client needs and use strategic plans to provide thoughtful solutions and help clients experience the most out of their visit to Goa.

Serve as the key point of contact and keep the highest possible customer service
Ensure that the customer is attended to at all times and with the highest professionalism
Help customers or participants feel at ease and support special requirements
Ensure cordial and effective working relationships with colleagues and Airport authorities
Administer sensitive personal information on customers securely and in a discreet manner
Direct guests the way through building/s, helping them with any additional information to ensure they have all the information they need to reach the desired destination
Aid tourists by responding to their questions and giving satisfactory explanations, suggestions, and recommendations
Give customers relevant information about historical/cultural locations and events in an entertaining and informative way
Maintain structured customer data and records as per customer data protection and privacy regulation
Hand out leaflets, maps, and tour brochures to visitors with information and tips about local sites, attractions, and events
The ideal person
Has active listening skills and can ask appropriate questions and identify customer expectations, desires, and requirements according to products and services
Has experience answering customers' questions about itineraries, rates, and reservations in person, by mail, by email, and on the phone
Has excellent research skills and can gather and compile relevant touristic information from a variety of sources
Has a track record of understanding, respecting, and building constructive and positive relations with intercultural clients, guests, and collaborators in the field of hospitality
You bring
3 + years of experience in a client interfacing role in the following domain/s - Hospitality/ Entertainment/ Tourism/ Events/ PR
Bachelor s degree or equivalent
Knowledge of the local area tourism industry
Proficiency in languages for Indian tourists: English, Hindi, Konkani
Proficiency in languages for Foreign tourists: French/ Spanish/ German - verbal understanding
Skills : 0-2 year exp,tourism,digital marketing
