They MUST Also Have The Following
- A qualification in marketing and/or membership of a relevant professional organisation;
- At least five years experience in a similar role in FMCG and within the food industry;
- A proven track record of success;
- Experience of successfully managing, motivating and developing people;
- Strong analytical, organisational, and creative skills;
- A comprehensive understanding of all social media channels and its integral role in the marketing mix;
- An appreciation of the role that events play within a business structure;
- Sales experience in to B2B, B2C and ecommerce;
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and customer service skills both verbal and written;
