Position Description

The Tampa office is looking for a Construction Litigation Associate with one to three years of experience handling construction disputes and litigation. Work includes representation of contractors subcontractors material suppliers sureties design professionals and other entities on a variety of construction projects including: roads and bridges; airports; highrise condominiums; hotels; and industrial complexes. This is an opportunity to work alongside a Partner who is Board Certified in Construction Law with a focus on commercial construction litigation. Candidate must be a member of the Florida Bar.

Qualifications

• 13 years of experience with Construction disputes
  
• Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
