Job Description:
The individual is required to be well-versed in data extraction and data source validation to ensure accurate reporting. This will require an understanding of the business processes implemented. Interaction with the Business Team is required in this role.
- Extract and consolidate data from multiple sources into a usable format to help executive leadership understand key metrics and performance indicators.
- Develop queries and standardized reports and provide them on an intra-day, daily, weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly basis to equip leaders with a dashboard of critical metrics to run the business.
- Design and develop reports, documents, dashboards, and self-service resources to enable users to service their own information delivery needs.
- Respond quickly to ad-hoc requests for reports or data analysis.
- Learn and maintain a comprehensive understanding of business functions and their direct effect on report requirements and report requests.
- Collaborate with operational leadership to develop and validate business requirements for new reports, queries, and functionality.
- Collaborate with the Sr. Business Reporting Analyst and the IT team as needed on requirement clarification and report testing.
- Assist in the documenting and maintaining of business rules related to reporting strategies and tools supporting various programs or promotions.
- Drive consistency across reporting/data solutions by ensuring that the business rules are consistently applied.
- Work effectively in an agile environment both independently and as a member of a team.
Job Requirments:
- Bachelor's degree, or higher, or equivalent work experience in a discipline such as BI, applied math, applied science/engineering, economics/econometrics, or management science.
- Experience from 1-3 years as a business analyst.
- Experience with Incorta and Power Bi is a must.
- High analytical and understanding of the basic principles of working with large and complex data sets.
- Very good in English
- Very good communication and negotiation skills.
- Very good organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines & handle changing priorities.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
