A Tallahasseebased legal education organization seeks an Administrative Assistant to provide general administrative support. Duties include providing support to our executve team and students assisting in daily office requirements and managing general administrative activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support to sales team.
- Provide student support.
- Maintain student database.
- Write and distribute emailmemos letters etc.
- Schedule appointments and prepare presentations for meetings.
- Store organize and manage files.
- Proofread documents.
- Plan events and make travel arrangements for staff.
- Contribute to establishing and maintaining clear interaction with the clients.
- Provide customer service anwer phone calls and redirect them.
Job Skills:
- Prior assistant secretarial or office experience.
- Proficiency in various tools including MS Office Google Apps etc.
- Extensive professional knowledge administrative knowledge and skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management work management and organization skills.
- Strong work ethics attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
- Experience as an administrative assistant is preferred.
