As a Placement Specialist at Pyxai you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between exceptional talent curated and vetted in Pyxai and exciting career opportunities. Youll be at the heart of our mission to reshape HR practices making a real impact on the careers of individuals and the success of companies. Your efforts will help us to expand our reach and attract new customers who are seeking the best diverse candidates in the market. This is a fully remote role U.S. based role.
Responsibilities include:
Conduct research to identify potential clients within target industries who are in need of talent.
Utilize the vetted individuals in Pyxai and match them with the perfect opportunities.
Manage develop and maintain a pipeline of organizations in order to place job seekers continuously.
Utilizing tools like LinkedIn internal data (including leveraging the mentorship and experience of colleagues) and your own resources you must build up your knowledge and become an expert on how to prospect effectively.
Complete tasks related to Outbound Lead Generation including conducting account research prospect research and reaching out to prospects via email cold calls and social media messaging.
Maintain effective communication with potential and existing clients to identify and assess client needs.
Provide regular feedback to management.
Work with the Sales and Marketing Department on outbound strategies and campaigns.
Bachelors degree or equivalent field experience.
Previous experience as HR Recruiter or Business Development role in Recruitment industry; 1 year preferred.
Experience prospecting/selling into Enterprise/Strategic Accounts.
Ability to thrive in a startup environment where adaptability is key.
Previous experience in B2B Software Sales or SaaS product and subscription models.
Selfstarter with the ability to demonstrate successfully working remote.
Strong judgment and the ability to make decisions independently.
Strong organization and planning skills.
Clear and concise communication skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Experience collaborating with crossfunctional partners.
Ability to meet tight deadlines manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust as circumstances change.
