الوصف الوظيفي
1. UserCentered Design: Leverage usercentered design principles to create intuitive and visually compelling interfaces for enterprise products
2. UI Visual Design: Demonstrate strong UI visual design skills including a keen eye for aesthetics layout and graphic elements.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements understand business goals and contribute to the overall product development
4. Prototyping: Create wireframes prototypes and design mockups to effectively communicate design concepts interactions and visual aesthetics for enterprise solutions.
5. Competitor Research: Conduct research on similar products and competitors to inform design decisions and stay informed about industry trends.
6. Balanced Design: Design with both users and business objectives in mind ensuring a harmonious blend of functionality and visual appeal.
7. Excellent Communication Skills: Clearly communicate design concepts and decisions with stakeholders ensuring alignment on design goals and outcomes.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Designer with a focus on enterprise solutions demonstrated through a strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and methodologies.
- Exceptional visual design skills showcasing an ability to create aesthetically pleasing and functional interfaces.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts to diverse stakeholders in the enterprise domain.
- Ability to conduct research on similar products and competitors within the enterprise space.
- Experience designing with both users and business objectives in mind.
