Senior HR Payroll Officer - Oilfield Services - Kuwait

We are looking for a Senior HR Payroll Officer for an oilfield services company to be based in Kuwait.

We are looking for a skilled Senior HR Payroll Officer with a minimum of 7 years of experience in payroll management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling payroll functions efficiently with a preference for those who have worked in the oil and gas sector.

Responsibilities:

• Manage endtoend payroll processes ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
• Oversee the preparation and processing of payroll for employees
• Handle taxrelated matters and ensure compliance with local tax regulations
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payrollrelated issues
• Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations affecting payroll processes
• Generate payroll reports and provide insights to support decisionmaking
• Address employee inquiries related to payroll in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR Payroll
• Experience in the oil and gas industry is a strong advantage
• Indepth knowledge of payroll processes tax regulations and labor laws
• Familiarity with Kuwait labor laws and regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite
