We are looking for a Senior HR Payroll Officer for an oilfield services company to be based in Kuwait.
We are looking for a skilled Senior HR Payroll Officer with a minimum of 7 years of experience in payroll management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling payroll functions efficiently with a preference for those who have worked in the oil and gas sector.
Responsibilities:
- Manage endtoend payroll processes ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
- Oversee the preparation and processing of payroll for employees
- Handle taxrelated matters and ensure compliance with local tax regulations
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payrollrelated issues
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations affecting payroll processes
- Generate payroll reports and provide insights to support decisionmaking
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll in a timely and efficient manner
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR Payroll
- Experience in the oil and gas industry is a strong advantage
- Indepth knowledge of payroll processes tax regulations and labor laws
- Familiarity with Kuwait labor laws and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite
