Handyman Mill Farm Sports Village

The Handyman will be responsible for delivery of building maintenance and upkeep along with associated services and processes that support the upkeep operation of the groups sites setting and ensuring all sites are maintained to the very highest of standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all sites are maintained to the highest standards
• Maintenance duties across all properties including basic tiling repairs some plastering and plumbing
• Ensure all equipment is serviced and well maintained
• Assist the construction team in the general upkeep of the buildings by undertaking other tasks such as furniture removal deliveries driving etc
• General repairs and DIY tasks
• Work at all locations as required
• Communicate effectively with all members of staff
• Perform other roles from time to time where required

Personal Attributes

• Experience in the construction industry
• Full driving license
• Excellent time management
• Living within a 45 minute drive
• Hard working self motivated team player
• Act with honesty and integrity
