What We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Strategic Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in expanding our digital assets and website portfolio. As a strategic thinker with a knack for identifying potential acquisitions that align with our company's vision and budget, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth and market leadership.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the SEO Analyst team to identify potential website acquisition targets.
- Coordinate with company leadership to obtain necessary approvals for acquisition strategies.
- Execute the entire acquisition cycle, from initial outreach and negotiation to deal structuring and finalizing the acquisition.
- Ensure that all deals align with our specific requirements and budgets.
- Leverage your experience in purchasing websites and digital assets to make informed decisions.
- Utilize your deep understanding of mergers and acquisitions to navigate complex deals effectively.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, and develop innovative and creative strategies for structuring acquisition deals to suit various seller situations.
- Contribute to the company's strategic planning and growth in the affiliate marketing and SEO sectors.

- Proven experience in acquiring websites and digital assets.
