What the role entails

Some of the key responsibilities of our Production Coordinator will be:

• Team member role that requires general supervision
  Champions Agile and Waterfall methodologies where applicable
  Facilitates sprint / milestone planning based on the priorities agreed with the Game Producer
  Facilitates Sprint retrospectives
  Monitors production progress liaising with the Game Team and Game Producer to identify and resolve issues when they arise
  Ensures JIRA is correct and up to date in order to facilitate the automation of resource planning and high level overview of projects
  Assists the Game Producer in coordinating certification translation marketing and sales deliveries
  Manage the overall Game Production process and liaise with stakeholders in the Game Producers absence

What we ask of you

For this role the Production Coordinator is expected to have the following:

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or equivalent
Must have the ability to effectively organize and coordinate timelines and production schedules ensuring timely completion of projects.
Must be flexible enough to adapt to changing production requirements and unexpected challenges adjusting schedules and plans accordingly.
Candidate must have strong analytical and problemsolving skills that would help address production issues promptly.
Can manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fastpaced production environment.
Proven experience in collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in JIRA Asana and other project management tools

Preferences:
Candidate must have 13 yrs of relevant experience
Preferably someone from software/game development industry
Knowledgeable with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Background in casino game development a huge plus
