In this position you will play a crucial role in our teams growth strategy and be responsible for endtoend recruitment tasks. Your primary focus will be on identifying attracting and retaining top talent with a particular emphasis on creative roles within the design industry.
Tasks
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet the companys growth objectives
- Conduct fullcycle recruitment from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding for a variety of positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their teams needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly
- Build and maintain a strong network of candidates in the APAC market
- Leverage various sourcing channels including job boards social media referrals and industry events
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and culturefit
- Manage candidate pipelines and provide regular updates to hiring managers
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings
- Conduct reference checks to verify candidates employment history and qualifications
- Utilize Notion (experience with Notion is a plus) or other relevant tools to streamline recruitment processes
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) recruitment software and other tools to streamline and optimize the recruitment process
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies
- Foster a positive candidate experience from the first interaction through the onboarding process
Requirements
- Proven experience in highvolume recruitment preferably within the APAC market.
- Strong experience hiring for creative roles
- Familiarity with Notion and HR Partner is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- A proactive and adaptable approach to recruitment challenges
- Bachelors degree in HR Business or a related field is preferred.
