Join us as our Founding Product Designer / Product Design Lead

Your area of responsibility

• Lead Product design efforts creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing experiences.
• Collect user insights and turn them into product design decisions
• Collaborate with the CPO product managers and engineering teams to set design goals prioritize initiatives and create a cohesive and compelling product experience.
• Lead design thinking sessions throughout the organization to establish a culture of design excellence.
• Manage the entire design process from concept to completion balancing creativity with practicality.
• Foster transparent collaboration and communicate progress of design initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic design discussions by using design trends user feedback and industry best practices to inform decisionmaking.

Your profile

• Extensive handson design experience (5 yrs) with a compelling portfolio demonstrating impactful projects and your skills.
• Proven experience and track record in leading design initiatives in dynamic fastpaced environments preferable within a startup context. Ideally someone who has experience as a founding or first onsite product designer.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide a future product and brand design team is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills capable of articulating design decisions and collaborating effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Adaptable and comfortable with the dynamic and fastpaced environment of a startup.
• A strong passion for continuous learning staying informed on the latest design trends best practices and emerging technologies.
